Catherine Braunstein

Clinical Research Coordinator

After completing a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences and Biology at the University of Toronto, Catherine earned a Master of Science from the University of Toronto. Her research focused on the acute effects of fructose and allulose on postprandial carbohydrate metabolism in healthy adults. Catherine has a keen interest in nutrition research and is a Clinical Research Coordinator.
