Participants are needed for a research study exploring plant proteins.

We are looking for participants who are:

• 20-70 years old

This study involves:

• 1 screening visit at our clinic in downtown Toronto
• 2 6-hour study visits where participants will be provided breakfast and lunch and asked to complete questionnaires

Participants will receive $210 if they successfully complete the study.
