We are recruiting participants for a research study on glucose and insulin response of cereals containing beta-glucan.

We are looking for participants who are:

• Aged 20-65
• Normal weight or overweight (BMI 18-29.9)
• Non-smokers (tobacco, cannabis, vaping)
• Generally healthy

This study involves:

• 1 screening visit
• Three 2.5 hour study visits at our clinic in downtown Toronto
• Finger-prick blood samples
• Consuming cereals and milk

Participants will receive $180 upon successful completion of the study.
