Ana Baniska

Ana has extensive experience in Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassays with special interests in Quality Control and Method Validation.

Ana holds an Honours B.Sc. in Chemistry and MSc in Biology – Biochemistry from Macedonia and has completed Specialization in Medical Biochemistry. She has worked as Specialist in Medical Biochemistry, Manager of the Endocrine Laboratory, as well as Expert Associate at the University of Cyril and Methodius, Skopje, Macedonia. After moving to Canada, Ana obtained her licence as MLT and worked at St. Michael’s Hospital, Diagnostic Labs, Toronto for fifteen years. She is member of the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO).

Ana is Lab Manager at INQUIS, where she oversees the laboratory operations and is responsible for implementing method validation and quality assurance in the lab.
