Dr. Andreea Zurbau
Research AssociateDr. Zurbau is a scientist, registered dietitian, and educator. She earned a doctorate degree in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Toronto and she also holds an appointment as a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Nutritional Sciences, Temerty Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto. Her research interests are in evidence syntheses and dietary patterns for cardiometabolic disease risk management. She has authored or co-authored over 45 peer-reviewed publications including original investigations, meta-analyses and expert reviews. She is a Research Associate at INQUIS Clinical Research, where she oversees glycemic index testing and performs meta-analysis work and scientific writing.
