New research performed at INQUIS Clinical Research investigated the effects of a snack bar on reducing alcohol bioavailability. In comparison to other test meals, the snack bar was more effective at dampening blood alcohol response, by reducing both peak blood alcohol concentrations and alcohol bioavailability. |
